Norton Rose has seen its flexible working scheme approved by staff in virtually all of its international offices. The top 10 City law firm said the scheme, intended to avoid redundancies through staff sign-up to fewer working hours, has been approved in 19 of its 21 international offices. The firm is now working on how to tweak the scheme in the outstanding jurisdictions, France and Germany, to bring it into compliance with local law.
