The City firm has hired DLA Piper's Madrid-based head of real estate, Enrique Isla, to launch the Spanish practice.Isla will join at the end of January with fellow DLA real estate lawyers Marta Orce and Fernando Otonin also joining as associates.Isla's arrival will take the number of SJ Berwin real estate partners practising outside London to five. The appointment is the second major hire in SJ Berwin's European real estate practice in recent months, following the arrival of Hans Thomas Kessler at the end of the year.
