The London arm of class action specialist Cohen Milstein Hausfeld & Toll is in talks to join spin-off law firm Hausfeld LLP. Heavyweight anti-trust litigator Michael Hausfeld is in negotiations to take on the US law firm's much-touted three-partner City office. Washington-based Hausfeld left the firm in controversial circumstances earlier this month (10 November) - reportedly expelled from the partnership - leading the firm to rename itself Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll.
