The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has officially launched a 12-week consultation to review the regulation of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS).
The review, the first re-evaluation of its kind in 18 years, will address issues such as accessibility, qualification routes and competence levels for qualified lawyers coming into the UK.
