The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) has appointed Keven Bader as its first ever chief executive. Bader officially took up the post earlier this week (3 November), after joining from his role with the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform where he was deputy director working on the UK Dispute Resolution Review Programme.
