DLA Piper has appointed Stephen Halladay as the head of its restructuring practice group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Halladay, who has been a partner at the firm since 2008, will replace current head of restructuring Shan Spencer, who is set to retire at the end of 2008. Spencer also headed DLA Piper's northwest restructuring group.
