Hill Dickinson has completed the lateral hire of Blake Lapthorn finance and projects group partner Edmund Woollam. Woollam (pictured) will arrive at Hill Dickinson at the end of next month, joining the firm's company and commercial team in its London office.Woollam is a specialist in rail leasing and rail-related contracts and also works on commercial contracting in the maritime sector for ferry companies, ship managers, shipbuilders and charterers.
