Legal consultancies H4 Partners and the Kite Consultancy are set to merge, with the coming together set to be completed over the next two weeks.
The combined business will operate under the H4 banner and will offer 10 consultants advising on law firm strategy, leadership and development from its City base near Hyde Park.
