Pinsent Masons has boosted its funds practice with the hire of an Ashurst senior associate as a partner. Ian Warner focuses on forming investment funds and advising clients on private equity and investment fund issues. Pinsents corporate head Gareth Edwards said: "Ian's arrival will help us to consolidate our funds work and build upon it to create a substantial practice, which will be an important asset for the corporate group and the firm's offering as a whole."
