Dickinson Dees has overhauled the management of its family practice in the wake of the retirement of department head Lyn Rutherford. The Newcastle firm's family barrister Ian Kennerley and family partner Margaret Simpson have now taken over the reigns of the group. Kennerley will head up the family team in Newcastle and Simpson will oversee the family team in the Tees Valley and Yorkshire.
