Taylor Wessing is taking fashion company Marchpole Holdings to court over unpaid legal fees. The City law firm is suing its client for a total of £202,968 for failing to pay bills, despite requests from the firm.
On top of the unpaid fees Taylor Wessing is also seeking interest of £21,831.58 on the outstanding amount, with interest continuing to accrue at £72.29 a day.
