I am two years PQE and currently working in commercial property. I have always wanted to work in employment law; although I did not do a seat in the area during my training contract, I did study it during my LPC.

Even though I don’t have the initial six months’ experience I would have got if I had done an employment seat during my training contract, I would like to think that you can actually get sufficient experience by learning on the job once you have qualified.

I’m not really happy where I am and really want to pursue my dream of moving into the emplyment law sector. Is it possible? Are there any success (or even failure) stories out there? I need a reality check.
