Lovells has boosted its Paris office by hiring partner Jean-Georges Betto from local boutique Derains & Associes. Betto, who started at the City firm on 1 January, joins Lovells' Paris arbitration practice. Betto was one of three partners at Derains & Associes alongside Yves and Bertrand Derains, who both remain with the boutique. Prior to joining Derains, he was an associate at French giant Gide Loyrette Nouel.
