Helsinki saw a rare merger among law firms this summer, as the jury remains out on the best business strategy to take in Finland. Sophie Evans reports

The most recent merger in the Finnish legal market was that of Procope & Hornborg, which in June merged with local firm Prudentum. The latter’s national network of offices in Tampere, Jyvaskyla and Oulu gives the combined firm the largest domestic presence, in terms of offices, of all Finnish firms.
