Taylor Wessing partner Keith Barnett has succeeded Adam Marks as head of real estate. Marks, who will return to full-time fee earning at the Anglo-German firm, has headed up the practice for four years, during which time it has almost doubled in size to 70 lawyers. Barnett joined the Anglo-German firm in 2002 from Andersen Legal-tied practice Garretts.
