Former Milberg Weiss partner Steven Schulman faces prison after pleading guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge, according to US media reports yesterday (9 October).

Schulman, who will be sentenced on 23 June, 2008, could serve up to 33 months in jail as well as forfeiting $1.85m (£910,000) in “ill-gotten gains”. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000 (£123,000), according to the reports.
