Norton Rose has poached Baker Botts London corporate finance partner Andrei Yakovlev, who has moved after less than two months at the US firm. Yakovlev, who is English, US and Russian-law qualified and specialises in emerging markets, joined Baker Botts from US rival Dewey Ballantine in July. At Dewey he was head of the capital markets practice for Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Turkey.
