Last month the US legal press was guffawing at reports that Florida titan Nixon Peabody had commissioned an inspirational anthem to propel staff onwards and upwards to ever greater heights of fee earning derring-do. The controversial reports went on to suggest, shockingly, that the resulting ditty was, erm, not very good.
