Hammonds has moved to bulk up its national property litigation capability with two partner hires.

The national firm’s Manchester office has hired Helen Hoath from local rival Hill Dickinson, where she has been a partner since 2002, as well as William Lawrence from West End firm Finers Stephens Innocent, where he was formerly a partner and head of the property dispute resolution team.
