Mills & Reeve has made up four new partners. Neil Frankland was promoted in the firm's insurance practice while Laura Holdaway made partner in property finance. Caitlin Jenkins was appointed in the firm's family practice while Nathan Holden was promoted in its specialist local authorities arm. The 79-partner regional firm has also unveiled a 14% rise in revenues to hit £57m, while average profits per equity partner rose 9% to £275,000.
