Simmons & Simmons has hired Linklaters associate Richard Hughes as a partner in its real estate finance practice. Hughes advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on structured real estate finance. He will join Simmons' banking team on 2 July. Hughes is the latest in a string of real estate finance appointments for the firm, after it made up four new partners to the team in its latest round of promotions.
