CMS Cameron McKenna has installed London-based litigation partner Guy Pendell as the new chair of its international network's umbrella dispute resolution practice. Pendell succeeds John Bosnak, a dispute resolution partner at Camerons' Netherlands alliance firm, CMS Derks Star Busmann. Pendell, who began in the role last week, will now oversee CMS' 290-lawyer cross-border dispute resolution group across 18 jurisdictions.
