Litigation heavyweights Carter Ruck and Herbert Smith last week reached a settlement in the high-profile libel case brought by advertising guru Sir Martin Sorrell.
A £120,000 settlement was reached with Carter Ruck client Sorrell – the founder of marketing giant WPP – dropping his libel claim against Marco Benatti and Marco Tinelli over comments made in an internet blog.
