Bond Pearce has bagged a brace of senior lawyers. Philip Withey joins the 68-partner firm's Bristol office as an associate in the banking and insolvency practice. Withey was formerly a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Contentious regulatory specialist Dale Collins has also joined Bond Pearce as an associate from Osborne Clarke.
