Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw has bagged two partners for its private equity practice from Kaye Scholer. David Lee and Robert Davis both join the firms corporate and securities practice in Chicago as partners. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, the pair worked together at Kirkland & Ellis. The hires follow those of Gary Jungels and Olga Loy, who joined the Chicago private equity group from Kirkland in September 2006.
