Scots firm Anderson Strathern has been reappointed as the sole adviser to The Crown Estate in Scotland after winning a competitive tender.
The high-profile appointment, which was announced today (12 January), will see Andersons continue to handle the Estate’s regional portfolio, which includes the seabed around the Scottish coastline and much of the foreshore. The role also covers a clutch of rural estates and several commercial properties in Edinburgh, including Princes Exchange, which currently houses HBOS.
