Italian independent Labruna Mazziotti Segni has re-jigged its associate remuneration structure in a move that will see its lawyers net salaries at the top end of the Italian market.

Senior associates can now rake in about €240,000 (£163,000) a year, which puts them in line with their counterparts at Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners, Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and Chiomenti.
