CMS Cameron McKenna has advised Enterprise Inns on its disposal of its entire Scottish pub portfolio for £115m to a Robert Tchenguiz-backed consortium, advised by Kirkland & Ellis.
Camerons corporate veteran Sean Watson, who is the Enterprise Inns relationship partner and prime legal counsel, led the team advising the company, assisted by corporate partner Gary Green and associates Ian Stevens and Sarah King. Property partner Martin Pennell also advised.
