Pinsents ally forges 600-lawyer practice as US merger drive continues

Pinsent Masons’ US ally Thelen Reid & Priest has boosted its New York presence by merging with intellectual property (IP) specialist Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner.

The combined firm will have around 615 lawyers and operate under the banner Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner from 1 December.
