Clarke Willmott has moved to regain the initiative after a month to forget, with the southwest stalwart securing the hire of Cobbetts' local property litigation head for its Birmingham arm following a rash of departures. Martyn Liberson will join the Bristol-based firm's Midlands office as a partner later this year. He specialises in property disputes work and has advised a range of clients including developers, housing associations and property investors. He will move across with Cobbetts property solicitor Carly Paine.
