Hogan & Hartson is to expand its executive committee in a move that looks set to give the Washington DC leader its first non-US representative on its main strategy-making board.
The firm will hold elections for two more representatives to grow the executive committee – which is responsible for strategic planning and the overall management of the firm – from five to seven. The move is expected to give the committee its first member based outside of the US, with the new members set to take up their posts in 2008.
