Paul Weiss reels in Shearman structured finance head

Manhattan firm Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has strengthened its securitisation practice with the hire of Shearman & Sterling structured finance head Robert Zochowski.

Zochowski, who had been a partner at Shearman for seven years, focuses his practice on structured finance and securitisation work and joins the New York headquarters of his new firm.
