Collyer Bristow joins firms converting to LLP

London-based firm Collyer Bristow has announced that it has converted to a limited liability partnership, with effect from 1 June, 2006. The 31-partner firm becomes the latest UK firm to convert to the structure, which provides protection for individual partners in the event of a firm-busting claim.

The legal aspects of the conversion were carried out by Collyer Bristow corporate and commercial partner Paul Sillis.
