Appleby Spurling Hunter and Bailhache Labesse have secured a merger, creating an offshore giant with more than 600 staff, in the latest in a series of tie-ups in the offshore sector.
The combined 44-partner firm will practise as Appleby Hunter Bailhache and will provide legal, fiduciary and administrative services. The firm will have offices in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Jersey and London.
