The Government has brought the long-running tussle over legal conflicts rules to an end after it announced today (5 May) that it was to approve the latest revision of the plans.
The Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) this week gave the thumbs up to the Law Society’s proposals, which were drawn up in consultation with the City of London Law Society in a bid to bring the existing system up to date.
