Eversheds German ally recruits Munich partner

Eversheds German ally Heisse Kursawe has hired McDermott Will & Emery corporate partner Joerg Kretschmer for its Munich office.

Kretschmer, who focuses on M&A and general commercial law, was one of the founding members of the US firm’s Munich arm when it launched in 2002 and joins this week with associate Sybille Flindt.
