Linklaters US head of corporate and M&A Mark Palmer has left the magic circle firm’s New York arm to join the local branch of Bracewell & Giuliani.
Palmer, who will head up Bracewell’s corporate group in New York, joins the Houston-based firm along with associates Jonathan Gill and Robb Tretter on 1 May. All join as partner.
