Sidley Austin to build City competition

Sidley Austin is hunting for lawyers to launch a City competition team as the US giant moves to complement last year’s Brussels antitrust launch.

Ex-Herbert Smith heavyweight Stephen Kinsella, who joined the firm in October, is to transfer to the Brussels office in April and is looking for a small team to carry out competition work in London.
