Blake Lapthorn Linnell is to merge with 14-partner private client specialist White & Bowker in a move that will create a regional firm with revenues of around £40m.
This week the two firms announced they will integrate under the Blake Lapthorn name from 1 May, creating a practice with more than 80 partners and becoming a top 60 UK firm in terms of revenue. White & Bowker, which focuses on private client, agricultural law and related property issues, has a total staff of 109, including 35 lawyers.
