Bird & Bird has moved to build up its London corporate practice with the hire of rated Jones Day corporate partner Simon Allport, as the top 50 firm continues its current M&A push.
Allport started at the technology and media leader this week (27 February), becoming Bird & Bird’s ninth London corporate partner, out of a firm-wide practice of 29.
