Salans M&A team loses Paris partner to Fidal

Salans has lost Paris M&A partner Pascal Jardin to French giant Fidal. Jardin, who joined Salans in 2002, took two associates to the former KPMG-linked firm.

He specialises in leveraged buyouts and general private equity transactions and, prior to joining Salans, was a partner in Deloitte.
