Travers Smith bags Fosse Park buy-out

Travers Smith has scooped a plum role on one of the largest retail deals in recent years, advising Ulster Bank on the £360m acquisition of the Fosse Park shopping complex in the Midlands.

The deal marks Travers’ largest-ever instruction from the longtime client, which provided principal funding on the deal.
