Two partners among tech/telecoms team joining Beachcrofts in V-lex buy-out

Beachcroft Wansbroughs has sealed the takeover of a highlyrated two-partner IT boutique as part of an ambitious bid by the national firm to beef up its profile in the technology market.
The top 25 firm has hired both partners and two other lawyers from V-lex, a niche technology and telecoms firm with offices in Sheffield and London, which will cease trading once the takeover goes live at the end of this month.
