Heavyweight trio take lead roles on £300m First Technology sale

Ashurst, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Clifford Chance (CC) have secured the lead roles on the bidding war to acquire engineering company First Technology for around £300m.

Ashurst is advising First Technology, with corporate partner Philip Broke leading the team, assisted by corporate partner Michael Johns and associates Kate Edey and Karan Dinamani.
