Six firms lose out as MoD culls PPP panel

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has slashed its key PFI/PPP legal panel by a third, it has emerged, with six former advisers losing out in the review.

The review, which was completed earlier this month following a competitive tender, saw the MoD strip back its original roster of 12 firms to a panel of eight, with half of the department’s regular advisers losing out.
