London leaders Linklaters and Clifford Chance (CC) are among the firms to advise the winning bidders in the French Government’s €37.8bn (£26bn) privatisation of three motorway operators.

The sale of motorway operators ASF, SANEF and APRR, finalised in late December, are three of the largest French deals of 2005 and have provided lucrative roles for a string of UK, US and domestic firms.
