Norton Rose and Linklaters take lead roles on £546m PD Ports acquisition

baylis: leading the pd ports team Norton Rose has secured a major role opposite Linklaters on the 3i-backed £546m bid for PD Ports.

Norton Rose is a regular adviser to PD Ports, the operator of Teesport and Hartlepool ports, having acted on its £455m accelerated IPO in July 2004 and its later listing on the London Stock Exchange.
