SJ Berwin lands £382m Hilton Group sale

SJ Berwin has scooped one of its largestever instructions for long-standing client Hilton Group, advising on the £382.4m sale of 15 UK hotels to offshore property fund Managed Hotels Unit Trust (MHUT).

The mid-tier City firm won the role on the back of its existing re lationship with the company, which stretches back more than 10 years.
