Hill Dicks beefs up governance in post-LLP shake-up

Hill Dickinson has rejigged its senior management, as the regional firm this week seals its conversion to a limited liability partnership (LLP).

Governance, strategy and oversight at the 115-partner firm will now be overseen by a new board, which is headed up by senior partner Tony Wilson and features a further eight elected members.
