Slaughter and May and Linklaters have won out over Clifford Chance (CC) on one of the most valuable judgments ever delivered by a UK court.
The High Court judgment, handed down today (28 October), saw Slaughters’ client, German truck manufacturer MAN, succeed in its litigation against manufacturer Freightliner, which has been estimated at £350m.
